I know that measuring/judging Meditations is a no/no by the standards of many people. Meditation is something you are just supposed to do. Like brushing your teeth. However, I wanted to know that my meditations were going in the right direction. So I have explored a number of ways to try and check to see if my meditations were meaningful in an objective way. This video is about as wired up as I can get and still meditate. This video is a review of the results of those technologies (what did the measurements show).
